#feelgoodnow Challenge starts Jan 9! (extended thru Jan 16!)

Happy 2017 – the year to #feelgoodnow. A brand new slate, a fresh start, and so much to look forward to. We invite you to join us in the Z Club NY #feelgoodnow challenge starting January 9, 2017 (extended to start through Jan 16) for 42 days or 6 weeks. Why 42 days? Studies show it takes 21 days to create a habit. So we see that number, and we double it. Take this week to set your intentions for a healthy, fulfilled, clean eating, dancing, active, and calm you, full of positive energy, and join the challenge!

Simple: 42 days starting on January 9th, 2017 following the checklist below

  1. Register by purchasing (at not cost) the #feelgoodnow membership so can track your progress https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws?studioid=14102&stype=41&sTG=29&prodId=290 
  2. Take at least 2 classes per week with Z Club NY (each class earns you 10,000 points)
  3. Take a minimum of 6 specialty classes (Aqua Zumba, STRONG, X-Trim, or Streets of New York) within the 42 days (each class earns you 10,000 points)
  4. Complete an average of 10,000 steps a day for 42 days (submit screen shots of your steps from your pedometer or fitness tracker to support@zclubny.com with #feelgoodnow in the subject line once a week)  your total steps will be added
  5. Tag us on Facebook or Instagram using @zclubny #feelgoodnow with a healthy eating tip, favorite recipe, inspirational post, or a fun photo of you in class for a chance to earn 10,000 points if we repost your post.

The winner? We will add up all your points from the checklist above to determine the top three winners.

  1. First prize is a 1 month unlimited pass with us AND a private class with your friends at our SoHo Studio or in your home
  2. Second prize is a 10-class pass
  3. Third prize is is a 5-class pass
