How has taking classes with Z Club NY benefited your life?
I think Z club NY has overall helped, not only my health and energy level, but also my confidence! I started with dancing at the back of the room and now I just dance everywhere!

What inspires you to succeed in class and in your life? The desire to be satisfied with myself, both inside and out – at least in this point of life.

How has Zumba®/Z Club NY supported your health and fitness goals? Most of the Z Club NY / Zumba® classes have been extremely beneficial to me because I’m not a Cardio person at all! So the dance helps keep me fit and motivated to work out.

What have you learned about yourself through taking classes at Z Club NY? I have learned not to underestimate myself in terms of physical abilities and health goals!

How did you come across Z Club NY and Zumba® in general? What is your favorite part about Z Club NY? When I moved to NYC in 2015 to work full-time, I decided to make a positive change in my life! Thats when I started searching for the best Zumba® classes in the city. And viola – Z Club NY! My favorite part about Z Club NY is definitely the instructors and the staff. So much positivity!

Which classes/Instructors are your favorite? Why? I LOVE Idania, Volha, Irena, Edmee, Angelina…Who do I not love! They are all amazing instructors, they have incredible energy and they will make sure that you leave with a big smile on your face :)

What is something unique about yourself that you’d like to share? Mmmmm…Maybe that I started out 65 pounds heavier in 2015? Or that I am trained and licensed to fly a hot air balloon?
